Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times generally range between 5–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier availability.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • courier delays
  • customs processing
  • severe weather conditions
  • transportation disruptions
  • seasonal shipping demand

RoverRest cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

RoverRest may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed by the shipping carrier.

If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.


Where Is My Order?

After your order has been shipped, the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email is the best way to monitor your delivery.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment. This is normal and typically updates within a few business days as carriers scan and process packages throughout their network.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

These may include:

  • customs inspections
  • courier delays
  • transportation disruptions

If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

RoverRest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note that investigation timeframes may vary depending on the carrier.


Delivered Packages

If tracking information confirms that a package has been successfully delivered, RoverRest cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance in these situations.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability or fulfillment locations.

If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

RoverRest does not control or collect these fees.
